Brenton Gardner
Brenton is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience. During this time Brenton provided physiotherapy services for local sporting teams on the Mornington Peninsula and completed his DMA Pilates training. Brenton has extensive experience in diagnosis, treatment and management of musculo-skeletal, spinal and sporting injuries.
Brenton enjoys being part of the close knit multidisciplinary team that the clinic offers and enjoys the challenge of seeing the wide variety of injuries and conditions that come through the door. Brenton uses hands on treatment techniques but ensures that education and pursuing functional activity are the driving forces behind his injury management.
In his free time Brenton enjoys training for triathlons, exploring local mountain bike tracks, as well as spending time with his young family.
Brenton is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Ashlea Gladman
Ashlea has been working in private practice for 7 years. Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula, she is passionate about assisting and supporting her local community throughout each phase of their recovery.
Ash has completed post-graduate clinical pilates qualifications through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute - all Matwork & Equipment levels.
Ash has a passion for clinical pilates, frequently incorporating pilates principles into her physiotherapy work.
She has also completed the following courses through the Australian Physiotherapy Association:
- Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 & 2
- Spinal Physiotherapy Part A (Lumbar)
Ashlea also offers dry needling to compliment her hands on work.
Ashlea is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Dr. Stephanie Cowan
Dr. Stephanie Cowan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She is dedicated to providing an authentic and individual experience for each of her clients by focusing on the needs of each individual.
Stephanie completed her PhD in the area of chronic inflammation. Her research focused on the development of a whole diet approach to treat and manage inflammation in patients with chronic conditions. In her current role as a research fellow at the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation her work focuses on developing lifestyle strategies to support management of infertility and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Nicole George
Nicole has a Diploma of Remedial Massage and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and has over 20 years’ experience.
In addition to general massage, Nicole offers pregnancy massage as well as lymphatic drainage.
Nicole also offers dry needling, cupping, trigger point therapy, postural correction and rehabilitation.
She is a member of the Massage and Myotherapy Australia.
Cynthia Firth
Cynthia is an experienced Physiotherapist who specialises in chronic pain management, falls prevention, and balance and rehabilitation.
Cynthia has also spent 25 years working in Community Health which involved simple yoga classes, hydrotherapy, knee and hip rehabilitation, post-natal care for Mums and bubs, and pediatric and child physiotherapy.
To add to this, she is a trained yoga instructor with certificates in both meditation and breathwork.
Cynthia is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
